I wonder if kids still grow up eating massive amounts of cereal, or whether they simply have Facebook for breakfast. I remember my mother’s pantry was filled with every kind of sugary diabetes-in-a-box known to Man. When we weren’t eating half a box of cereal while watching Saturday morning cartoons, we were slurping from a bowl at the kitchen table while reading the back of the cereal box. You’d memorize that thing. When you got tired of the lame mazes or word scrambled there, you turned the box around and stare at the front, where Power Bottom Frankenberry with black eyes from a recent domestic poured milk while wearing last nights chains. Point is, you knew the box well. That’s why I was delighted when a P1 sent me this link.
