Start that off with “Dear Lover”, and change “her” and “she’ to “your” and “you” and you’ve got the majority of a great Valentines Day card right there.
according to cbs, she was examined and released immediately without hospitalization.
“Serene Branson was examined by paramedics on scene immediately after her broadcast. Her vital si…gns were normal. She was not hospitalized. As a precautionary measure, a colleague gave her a ride home and she says that she is feeling fine this morning.”
I have no clue about the first part but on the second part I think she is trying to say “dare I say” and then realizes she can’t recover and tries to throw it back to the station.
btw, that means you can resume laughter! i’ve also read where it was a problem with her earbud used to hear herself had a delay and that’s what was throwing her off.
As funny as it was, listening to it this morning, I’m thinking Gordo might want to consider pulling this topic off the site. Yeah, we all laughed at the representative from the New Orleans Bowl a couple of years ago and at the Rose Bowl rep this year, but those were not health related. Sometimes good taste needs to rear its immaculately coiffed melon, even on this site. I hope the reporter is ok. Just my $0.02.
This bear-trap, slow-clap moment was brought to you by Gordon, No-Reins-on-my-Cold-Veins, Keith.

His top question…
‘Have you seen my baseball?’
Gordo…please remove this from your site. This woman either had a small stroke or seizure. Yes, seizure. There are people, including me, who have small seizures that directly affect your ability to speak. You know you have something to say but you just can’t do it. According to my Dr, that’s a seizure. Not all seizures are grand mal meaning the flopping around type.
I don’t know which is more frightening and sad, this poor woman possibly having a stroke on air or Gordo leaving this post open for insensitive a-holes to keep posting nasty comments about her. Shame on you Gordo.
Or is it the stupid a-holes who can’t be bothered to read the multiple links saying that it was not stroke or bother to find out she tweeted that it was “just nerves” and that she wants to stop all the rumors about it being hospitalized?
To all you haters out there, our friend Serene is fine, as an apt reader of this webiste posted days ago. Shame on CBS for pulling the video based on purported copyright. Her interview is in the public domain; no copyright laws apply.
Yipes!
Talk about a Mushmouth…

“Well a very, very heavay a heavy drit, burtation tonight—we had a very dairse Darrison…but let’s go ahead tearis tasin losh clabitte behend the pet.”
Was Jim Carrey around the corner?
Very Miss South Carolina, you can see her face start to melt when she starts skidding. The brain stopped telling the mouth what to say. WOW!

A quick google search shows that she has been hospitalized and is under observation for a possible stroke.
I was removing my pants off camera. I guess it was a huge shocker
genius
Ebonics for blondes. It will be taught in school next year.
Hmm. Woman found with a swollen tongue outside the Grammies.
George Dunham convinced this poor recovering alcoholic it was ok to drink sweet tea vodka at wrk
This is no longer funny. She may have suffered a stroke on the air. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/uk-world-news/2011/02/14/cbs-journalist-serene-branson-taken-to-hospital-after-speech-problem-at-grammy-s-86908-22923167/
Bear Trap post of the week…
wrong, still funny
Tap the brakes on making too many comments. She was hospitalized afterwards in fear of having a stroke on-air.
That is the greatest!!! We couldn’t stop laughing this am when we heard this OVER and OVER this am.
“I don’t know what happened. I took a puff off Miley’s cigarette and the next thing I knew…”
Oh, I’m gonna stroke, all right.
& all night
Maybe she drinks a lot of diet soda: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/02/09/diet-soda-tied-to-stroke-_n_821058.html
You can see the despair in her eyes as she realizes blood is spilling around her brains.
Start that off with “Dear Lover”, and change “her” and “she’ to “your” and “you” and you’ve got the majority of a great Valentines Day card right there.
wow, this makes me sad. You can see the concern in her eyes as she fights her way through this. I hope she is okay and it wasn’t a stroke.

This same thing happened a couple of years ago to a woman where I work. Turns out she had a brain tumor.
the woman may have had a stroke!
lighten up all you jackass 5 year olds!
if you watch close it looks like she does not know what’s happening to her…..?
Well I think brie waddle in pet to my casa are port and slew.
she didn’t have a stroke…she obviously wanted to have a little darison, and then follow that up with a tarris-tazen before she takes her pet. Duh…
I have no clue about the first part but on the second part I think she is trying to say “dare I say” and then realizes she can’t recover and tries to throw it back to the station.
She didn’t have a stroke she’s just a woman. They make excuses for their failures

Please disregard my post as she apparently had no stroke. Perhaps she simply was thinking about something else being in her mouth….
Does anyone have the closed captioning for this?
Here is a good link to the video. The station says it was not a stroke.

I said those same words, just last night. But I had 11 beers before I did it.
Pedal to the metal……. no stroke makes this even funnier.

It wasn’t a stroke, back off of the great Gordina.
Her station is reporting she was not hospitalized and it was not a stroke, so everyone can resume ripping her beautiful mouth.
Reminds me of that scene in ‘Bruce Almighty’
Cocaine is a hell of a drug.
Yeah, she actually had a stroke.
nope…she didn’t
She was speaking Jamaal Charles.
He was less coherent.

Show some respect man!
Go ahead and outline everything you think is funny and unfunny so Gordo knows what to post on his site so it suits your taste.
Genius
Gordon, seriously? Really? “Please don’t let it be a stroke”?
Is it better if he says “please let it be a stroke?”
Gordon is nice.
i read today she may have suffered a stroke.
Can anything win both an E-Break and Bear Trap in the same week? Looks like this girl found a way!

I have sudden respect for Justin Beiber. Read the story, and watch the clip all the way through.
And….the response: http://offthebench.nbcsports.com/2011/02/14/video-turnabout-is-fair-play-in-the-mike-gundy-justin-bieber-ringtone-war/
I laughed and I don’t care who knows it!
Norm was quoted as saying “Its good to laugh a little bit. EIGHT!!!”
“isn’t it good to laugh a little bit?”

That’s how all those smarmy entertainment reporters sound to me.
