This morning, after another amazing Cowboys loss, I went to Dallas Cowboys dot com. Couldn’t believe it. We all know the Cowboys have lost two-hundred games this season, but is it possible they’ve also lost their domain name?
In the Cowboys organization, I’m pretty sure it’s the GM’s responsibility to keep the domain name renewed as well sign talent that will fail.
Perhaps, Jerry merely changed webhosts. The database was last updated today and it doesn’t expire until 2020 (see below). Still. Perfect timing to have the site unavailable after a loss like that. Let’s hope Wade buys the domain and takes sweet, sweet revenge on Jerry for firing him.

Interesting. It was back up when I went to check it out at 10am the other day.

I tried to log into the Dallas Cowboys Network Solutions account and discovered that the account “cowboysdallas” is attached to the email waldo@aappraisals.com
According to whois records for aapraisals.com, it belongs to Waldo Alvarez of Ft. Lauderdale/Miami. If anyone knows his birth city, you can probably reset the password and reconfigure the Cowboys website. Happy hacking…
Yahoo says Jerry Jr. is the marketing officer in charge. he was sent numerous emails notifying him. Total Ruhtard. Total.
Gagreed. I’m responsible for renewing my company’s domain names, and Network Solutions sends me countless reminder emails. There is no way I could forget to renew. So I don’t see how Jerry Jr. could possibly forget either. Unless, of course, as one of the Ticket guys suggested, he truly has been too busy with his Rowdy duties.
BTW, I see the Cowboys have switched to a private registration so that Jerry Jr.’s email address and phone number no longer appear. The administrative contact is now listed as um77786m2zj@networksolutionsprivateregistration.com, while the phone number is 570-708-8780, which seems to be the number for all private registrations.
